2. Scholarship Applications

GrandScholarship facilitates scholarship applications on your behalf based on the information provided in your profile. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that you will be awarded any scholarship.

Scholarship providers have their own eligibility criteria and selection processes. GrandScholarship is not responsible for the decisions made by scholarship providers.

3. Membership and Payments

Some features of GrandScholarship may require a paid membership. By enrolling in a paid membership, you agree to pay the fees associated with that membership.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or specified in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the GrandScholarship platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GrandScholarship or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
